Hi there! I am a Japanese cuisine chef with 23 years of experience, having honed my skills both in Japan and internationally. My journey includes 4 years in China and 4 years in Bali, Indonesia, where I embraced diverse culinary traditions.

My passion lies in not only creating exquisite Japanese dishes but also in sharing the tools that make this possible. I introduce Japan-made cooking utensils. With the right tools, cooking becomes an art form, enhancing both the process and the final dish.
