Instant noodle recipes have become a hot topic in Japan. Today, I will cook hot & spicy tantanmen using instant noodles. It tastes just like a specialty restaurant!
This recipe uses Sapporo Ichiban Miso Ramen, a long-selling Japanese instant noodle available in the USA and other countries around the world.
Recipe for Tantanmen

Ingredients
1 package of Sapporo Ichiban Miso Ramen

2 tablespoons sesame paste(tahini)
200ml milk
300ml water
40g minced pork
10g sesame oil
5g garlic
10cc soy sauce
10cc mirin
Finely chopped scallions
A pinch of Chinese hot chili oil (or Japanese rayu)
Recipe
First, Start by pan-frying minced pork.
Add garlic and soy sauce and mirin.
Bring 300 ml of water and 200 ml of milk to a boil in a pot and boil Sapporo Ichiban Miso Ramen noodles for 3 minutes.
Then add the included broth powder, sesame paste, l, bring to a boil and voila!
